RPS Machinery

Rotational Plastic Solutions currently have an ‘Orme Vertical 1-36’ rotational moulding machine. This is very efficient for producing small products on a very fast cycle time.

RPS also have a Caccia that is a three arm carousel machine, which manufactures large products on longer cycle times.

Tooling

Molds or tooling can be produced by fabricated mild steel, CNC machined in aluminium, or cast in aluminium. RPS will advices in what tooling is required.
